GTS will not trade - Official RoboMiner, RoboMiner Pro and PipStrider sales and support

I have done everything to set GTS properly but still no trades.
I am using MT4 with Forex.com and have smile face on the screen, I have corrected the prefix for the currency AUDNZDFXF but still the lines on the screen for Forward Open and Forward Close
are showing zero. It has been sitting like this for few days. I was able to get it going on FXDD account but not on Forex.com.
I even went and downloaded historical data through tools.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
If somebody could just send me the settings file for this broker.

Well, nothing will happen over the weekend, so let's wait until Monday afternoon. If you are still having problems, please let me know.

And remember - it does take a little while for the market to move to where the robot will open a trade, so sometimes you just have to be patient.

It may also help to use the "Like RoboMiner" settings file as a starting point, and then change the currency names for Forex.com as you did already.

Just an update - the markets are open, but they have not moved enough to open or close a trade. I will let you know when my instance of RoboMiner Pro opens a trade.
