Backtesting GT with Preset - Official RoboMiner, RoboMiner Pro and PipStrider sales and support

Hello,

I have downloaded the Demo-version of GT-Shadow and try to make some backtests with the presets on AUDNZD or EURCHF.

I use a demo account from Alpari UK.
There are no errors in the journal but there are no trades. As I understand the manual and available informations a backtest is possible when only one currency is used (and GT-shadow act as Robominer so).

What can be wrong? Do you need further informations?

Addition: Robominer PRO has the same problem, Robominer II works fine.

Are there any errors in any of the other logs?

There are many settings which can cause GT-Shadow to not properly backtest, and are beyond the scope of what we can answer due to the complexity of the robot. We recommend that clients forward test on a demo account instead to ensure their settings are correct, and then backtest once they've confirmed it's working properly.

There are no errors in the logfiles. Here is the only entry in the log of the tester directory:

I have changed the language settings -still no success.
I will change the params of the Robominer Pro (it has less settings) because it also do not show me any results.

Be sure that the currency shown on the chart matches that which is listed in the settings. For example, if the currency says AUDNZDFXF and your settings say AUDNZD then it will not work.

If that does not work, load the RoboMiner settings, check the currency name again, and try again.
