Default I saw message in journal in MT4 as Old Tick AUD/NZD at different sell /buy
Question:
I am a paid user and trading with Forex.com/uk. Every thing was OK till 4th jan. when looking into statement after that , i did not see any trade between 1.2460 and 1.2598. More than that I was looking at chart , short range was at 1.2460 displayed in chart, but EA did not open trade and showed another range 1.2500 when price crossed 1.2460.

Answer:
That is a time sync error between MetaTrader and the broker. Sometimes this will cause a robot to stop trading.

Solution: Restart MetaTrader.

You may also want to look into a VPS to host MetaTrader, as poor network issues may cause this (although it's hard to say, we've never really found out the cause of this problem.)

Some people also suggest deleting all the .hst files from MetaTrader, but we have never tried that. To do so, delete the files from this folder:

C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4 at FOREX.com\history\Forex.com-Live(R)
